Kyai Mojo 56 Pingit, Yogyakarta 55243 Email: ainihindaryati16@gmail.com, aryaniwida58@gmail.com, sutrisnossit@gmail.com ABSTRAK Latar Belakang: Semakin tinggi tingkatan pengetahuan seseorang, perhatian terhadap kesehatan gigi dan mulut akan semakin tinggi pula. Mahasiswa merupakan kalangan terpelajar yang mempunyai pengetahuan lebih luas dibandingkan dengan masyarakat awam. Mahasiswa kesehatan lebih mempelajari tentang kesehatan sehingga pengetahuan tentang kesehatan lebih tinggi daripada mahasiswa non kesehatan. Hasil studi penelitian menyatakan bahwa 50% responden dalam kategori tingkat pengetahuan baik dan 50% berada dalam kategori tingkat pengetahuan sedang, serta tidak ada mahasiswa dengan tingkat pengetahuan kategori buruk. Tujuan Penelitian: Diketahuinya gambaran tingkat pengetahuan kesehatan gigi dan mulut pada mahasiswa perguruan tinggi kesehatan. Metode Penelitian: Jenis penelitian bersifat deskriptif dengan survey cross sectional. Cara pengambilan sampel menggunakan teknik stratified random sampling dengan jumlah sampel 40 responden sesuai dengan kriteria inklusi dan eksklusi. Pengukuran tingkat pengetahuan menggunakan kuesioner 20 butir soal. Hasil: Tingkat pengetahuan kesehatan gigi dan mulut paling banyak dalam kategori baik (75%). Hasil tabulasi silang tingkat pengetahuan dengan usia paling banyak berada dalam kategori baik pada usia 20 tahun (35%). Tidak ditemukan hubungan antara tingkat pengetahuan dengan jenis kelamin responden. Kesimpulan: Mahasiswa perguruan tinggi kesehatan memiliki gambaran tingkat pengetahuan kesehatan gigi dan mulut paling banyak dalam kategori baik. Mahasiswa dengan tingkat pengetahuan dalam kategori baik terbanyak berusia 20 tahun. Jenis kelamin tidak berpengaruh dalam tingkat pengetahuan kesehatan gigi dan mulut. College students are educated people who have a wider knowledge compared to the general public. Health college students learn more about health so that knowledge about health is higher than non-health college students. The results of the study stated that 50% of respondents in the good knowledge level category and 50% were in the moderate knowledge level category, as well as no college students with a bad category knowledge level. Research Objectives: The knowledge level of dental and oral health in health college students. Research Method: The type of research is descriptive with cross sectional survey. Sampling method using stratified random sampling technique with a sample number of 40 respondents according to the inclusion and exclusion criteria. Knowledge level measurement using a 20-point questionnaire. Result: The most levels of dental and oral health knowledge in the good category (75%). The results of cross-tabulation of knowledge levels with the most age were in the good category at the age of 20 years old (35%). There was no relationship between the level of knowledge and the respondent's gender. Conclusion: Health college students have the most knowledge levels of dental and oral health in the good category. Students with the most level of knowledge in the good category are 20 years old.
