Abstract :
Accounting information system in payroll and wages is an accounting system that is used to determine, implement, and evaluate appropriately for decision making. In the payroll system, problems often occur that are at risk of abuse that affect decision making, one of which is the existence of a system that uses manual methods to make the risk of abuse large because it is not well controlled. This study aims to determine and analyze the level of success of the payroll and wages accounting information system carried out by Dinas Lingkungan Hidup Kab. Brebes. Researchers used this type of descriptive research with data analysis methods, namely qualitative data analysis by collecting research data obtained from Dinas Lingkungan Hidup Kab. Brebes using a phenomenological study approach and case studies using observation and interview techniques. The results of this study indicate that the implementation of the payroll and wage accounting information system carried out by Dinas Lingkungan Hidup Kab. Brebes is considered good. This system is also considered very effective using the D&M IS Success Model method with six indicators, among others, System Quality, Information Quality, Usage, User Satisfaction, Individual Impact, and Organizational Impact.
