Abstract :
This study was conducted to test empirically whether there is an effect of accountability and supervision on the quality of publik services. The population of this study is government officials at the Office of Community Empowerment, Village, Population and Civil Registration of Central Java Province with active status. The sampel of this study was 55 respondents who were officials from the Office of Community Empowerment, Village, Population and Civil Registration of Central Java Province. Determination of the sampel using purposive sampling technique which determines the sampling. The research data is primary data with data collection methods by distributing questionnaires to respondents. The hypothesis testing method uses multiple linear regression analysis and classical assumption test with the help of the SPSS software program. The results of testing the hypothesis prove that there is a sigificant positive influence between accountability and oversight variabels on the quality of publik services in the Office of Community Empowerment, Village, Population and Civil Registration of Central Java Province.
