Abstract :
Human resources have a big role in the company, in supporting the company's development in the era of globalization, companies need productivity stability by avoiding employee turnover intention. This study aims to determine the effect of Compensation, Workload, Work Environment, and Leadership on Turnover Intention for nurses with private employee status in Tegal City. Research using quantitative type research. Data collection used a questionnaire distributed to respondents. The sampling method used is the non-probability sampling method because there is no provision of subjects and sampling gives equal opportunities to each member of the population to be included in the sample. The data analysis technique uses multiple linear regression analysis techniques using the SPSS 22 (Statistical Package for the Social Science) application. The results of the study show that compensation, workload, and work environment have a significant effect on turnover intention. Meanwhile leadership didn?t have a significant effect on turnover intention.
