Abstract :
This study aims to determine the effect of accounting information systems, internal control systems, and work motivation on employee performance in Temanggung Regency. The population in this study is banking in Temanggung Regency. The sample in this study is banking employees in the accounting department. This study uses primary data by distributing questionnaires directly. This research uses the SPSS application. The results of this study are information systems counseling has a positive effect on employee performance, the internal control system has a positive effect on employee performance, and work motivation has a positive effect on employee performance.
