Abstract :
The background of this research is the low level of organizational citizenship behavior (ocb) of employees which can be triggered by the work environment and compensation levels and companies must find solutions related to the constraints that occur. This study aims to determine the effect of work environtment and compensation on organizational citizenship behavior with job satisfaction as a intervening variable. Organizational citizenship behavior is a voluntary attitude carried out by employees by doing work beyond what is assigned. This sampling technique used in this study used purposive sampling method. This study used primary data with a questionnaire instrument which was distributed to 32 respondents. The analysis technique used is Partial Least Square (PLS) analysis. The tool used in the partial least squares analysis is the SmartPLS 3.0 application. Based on this study, the results obtained are that job satisfaction was not able to mediate the effect between the work environment and compensation on organizational citizenship behavior (ocb).
