Abstract :
Occupational safety aims to guarantee employees who have the right to safety in carrying out welfare work and to increase national production and productivity, to ensure the safety of all people in the workplace. Protection to ensure employee safety creates optimal productivity. The purpose of this research is to analyze the effect of occupational safety and health on employee safety through improving work safety. In this study the authors used the census method with a total sample of 125 respondents. This type of census research is a research method that takes one population group as the overall sample and uses a structured questionnaire as the principal data collection tool to obtain specific information. How to collect data using online questionnaires, literature and observation. While the measurement of data analysis using Partial Least Square (PLS). The results of the analysis of the data obtained are: (1) Work safety has a positive and significant effect on increasing work safety in the application of the K3 program for employee safety, (2) Occupational health does not have a significant positive effect on increasing work safety in the implementation of the K3 program for employee safety, and significant impact on employee safety in the implementation of the K3 program for employee safety, (6) Work Safety has a positive influence on Employee Safety mediated through Increasing Work Safety in the implementation of the K3 program for employee safety, (7) Occupational health of members positive influence on Employee Safety mediated through the Improvement of Work Safety in the implementation of the K3 program for employee safety.
