Abstract :
The aims of this study were to analyze (1) the influence of organizational culture on work motivation, job satisfaction and organizational commitment; (2) the effect of leadership style on work motivation, job satisfaction and organizational commitment; (3) the effect of job satisfaction on work motivation and organizational commitment. The sampling technique used the census method so that all 75 employees of the P3AP2 and Family Planning Office of Tegal Regency were taken as samples. The data analysis technique used in this study is SEM-PLS with Wrappls 8 software. The results showed that organizational culture had a positive and significant effect on work motivation, job satisfaction and organizational commitment. Leadership style has a positive and significant effect on motivation and job satisfaction. Job satisfaction affects organizational commitment. Meanwhile, leadership style has no effect on organizational commitment. This shows that whoever the leader is, employees at the Women Empowerment and Childen Protection also Population Control and Family Planning Office in Tegal Regency are still committed to working well. Job satisfaction has no effect on work motivation. This shows that so far Women Empowerment and Childen Protection also Population Control and Family Planning Office in Tegal Regency employees have remained highly motivated in carrying out their duties without being influenced by their job satisfaction. Improving a work culture that can make employees feel happy working so that employees will be motivated and do work without having to be supervised by leaders.
