Abstract :
This research purpose to analyze the effect of workload, work environment, self-efficacy, and leadership style on burnout tendencies in employees of the Pekalongan Regency Human Resources Development Staffing Agency. The population of this study were employees of the Pekalongan Regency Human Resources Development Staffing Agency totaling 47 respondents and the sampling technique used was the Saturated Sample (Census). The data acquisition process uses a questionnaire. Multiple liner regression analysis is the analysis method used in this study. The results of this study indicate that workload has a positive effect on burnout tendencies, work environment has a negative effect on burnout tendencies, self-efficacy has a negative effect on burnout tendencies, and leadership style has a negative effect on burnout tendencies.
