Abstract :
This study aims to examine the effect of dual role conflict, job stress and motivation on the performance of female employees in Batang Regency, referring to quantitative methods that utilize primary data and measure variables based on a Likert scale. Data collection was carried out directly by distributing questionnaires to the object of research. The population in this study were all female employees in Batang Regency, totaling 161,157 based on data obtained from the Batang Regency Central Bureau of Statistics, with the sample used being 100 respondents. Based on the results of the analysis that has been done, it can be concluded that dual role conflict has a negative and insignificant effect on employee performance, work stress has a negative and significant effect on employee performance, and motivation has a positive and significant effect on the performance of female employees in Batang Regency.
