Abstract :
This study aims to analyze the effect of green banking, good corporate governance, company size and operational efficiency on financial performance. The population in this study includes conventional banking companies (Persero and national private companies) registered with OJK in 2019-2021, totaling 60 banks. The sample used in this research is 91 bank companies that meet the established criteria. The analytical method in this study uses descriptive analysis methods, classical assumption tests, and simple regression tests using SPSS. The results of this study indicate that Green Banking has a significant positive effect on financial performance; Good corporate governance consisting of an independent board of commissioners and managerial ownership, both of which have no effect on financial performance; Company size has no effect on financial performance; and BOPO has a significant negative effect on financial performance
