Abstract :
This study aims to examine the effect of strategic planning, organizational learning, innovative power on organizational performance, strategic planning, organizational learning on innovation power, mediation of innovation power on the effect of strategic planning and organizational learning on organizational performance. The population in this study were all 45 company managers, with the sampling technique using saturated sampling. Analysis using partial least squares (PLS) and smartPLS analysis tools. The results of this study show that strategic planning, organizational learning and innovative power have a significant positive effect on organizational performance. Strategic planning and organizational learning have a significant positive effect on innovation power.
