Abstract :
Absract This study aims to determine the effect of work environment and job insecurity on employee performance with burnout as an intervening variable at PT. Pegadaian (Persero) CP Pemalang. The population in this study are employees of PT Pegadaian (Persero) CP Pemalang. The sample used in this study amounted to 100 respondents. The analytical tool used in this study used AMOS 24 software. The results of the testing in this study can be concluded that (1) the work environment has no significannegatif effect on employee performance, (2) job insecurity has no significan negatif effect on employee performance, (3) the work environment has a positif significan affects on burnout, (4) job insecurity has a positif significan affects on burnout, (5) burnout has a positif significan effect on employee performance.
