Abstract :
This study aims to examine the effect of organizational change and change orientation leadership on participation in decision making and job satisfaction, the effect of participation in decision making on job satisfaction, the mediation of participation in decision making on the effect of organizational change and change orientation leadership on job satisfaction. The population in this study were all doctors at Dr. Soeselo Hospital, Tegal Regency, totaling 68 doctors with a sampling technique using a saturated sample. Analysis using partial least squares (PLS) and smartPLS analysis tools. The results of this research show that organizational change has a significant negative effect on decision-making participation and job satisfaction. Change orientation leadership has a significant positive effect on decision making participation and job satisfaction. Decision-making participation has a positive effect on job satisfaction. Decision-making participation mediates the effect of organizational change and change orientation leadership on job satisfaction
