Abstract :
The purpose of this study was to determine and analyze the effect of service quality on community satisfaction of service users at the Dukuhwaru District office, Tegal Regency. The population of this study is the service user community in the Dukuhwaru District office, Tegal Regency with a total sample of 100 community service users. The analysis tool used multiple linear regression and the results of the study proved that reliability, assurance, responsiveness, empathy and tangibles had a significant effect on the satisfaction of service users in the Dukuhwaru District Office, Tegal Regency.
