Abstract :
Abstract The Personnel, Education and Training Agency (BKPP) for the City of Semarang is a government agency for the City of Semarang that takes care of civil servants and offices in the City of Semarang. This agency also provides the best services from selecting employees to arranging retirement. there. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of work discipline, work motivation and job satisfaction on employee performance. The population in this study was carried out at the Semarang City BKPP office which was taken by all Civil Servants totaling 75 people. The sampling technique in this study used a saturated sampling technique. This research was also conducted using a questionnaire with a Likert scale. As for the data analysis technique using multiple linear regression analysis. The results in this study indicate that work discipline and job satisfaction have a positive and significant effect on the performance of Semarang city BKPP employees, while work motivation has a negative and insignificant effect on the performance of Semarang city BKPP employees.
