Abstract :
Abstract This research aims to address the persistently low employee performance at PT. Widjaja Indo Berjaya Semarang. The aspects believed to enhance employee performance within the company include creating a conducive work environment, fostering job motivation, and improving employee loyalty. The research method employed in this study is quantitative, using a path analysis model to explore the mediating relationships between the main variables and the mediating variable. The study population consists of 33 employees at PT. Widjaja Indo Berjaya Semarang, and a complete census sampling technique is applied. In a census sampling, all relevant members of the population are included. Data processing utilizes the Partial Least Square (PLS) technique, conducted with the SmartPLS version 4.0.9.5 application. The findings reveal that employee loyalty does not mediate the relationship between job motivation and employee performance.
