Abstract :
This study aims to determine the effect of work placement, work culture, and work experience
on employee performance. The sample in this study were 100 employees who worked at PT Dua
Kelinci. The analytical methods used are Data Quality Test, Classical Assumption Test,
Multiple Linear Regression Analysis, and Model Feasibility Test (Test of Goodness of Fit
Model) using the IBM SPSS application. The results showed that work placement has a positive
effect on employee performance, meaning that the better the job placement, the more it affects
employee performance. The second conclusion shows the results that work culture has a
positive effect on employee performance, meaning that the better the work culture, the more it
will affect employee performance. And the third conclusion shows the result that work
experience has a positive effect on employee performance, meaning that the better the work
experience, the more it will affect employee performance.
