Abstract :
Abstract This study aims to determine the effect of work stress, work environment, and job satisfaction on the performance of employees of PT Bank Mandiri Taspen KC Semarang. Employee performance as the dependent variable, while work stress, work environment, and job satisfaction as independent variables. This study used a quantitative method, which was analyzed using Smart PLS. The target population of this study were employees of PT Bank Mandiri Taspen KC Semarang. The sampling technique was through distributing questionnaires using the Google form, with a sample of 77 employees. Instrumental testing in this study used validity and reliability tests. Hypothesis testing using structural equation modeling (SEM). This test involves using the bootstrapping method to see the results, calculate the t statistic, and evaluate the probability value. The results show partially that work stress has a positive and significant effect on employee performance, the work environment has a positive and significant effect on employee performance, and job satisfaction has a positive and significant effect on employee performance at PT Bank Mandiri Taspen KC Semarang.
