Abstract :
This study have a purpose to give empirical evidence about influence of Internal Control System, Organization Culture, and Competence of Human Resources on the quality of financial reports. The population in this study is regional work unit in Semarang Regency. The samples on this study were determined by the purposive sampling method, using a questionnaire obtained 60 respondent. The data analysis technique used is multiple linear regression. The result showed that the Internal Control System and Organizational Culture no had an effect on the quality of financial reports, while the Competence of Human Resources had an effect on the quality of financial reports.
