Abstract :
This study aims to determine the effect of motivation, discipline, and morale on the work commitment of employees in Grobogan Regency. The sampling method in this study was to use a random sample with a total of 100 respondents. The results of data processing using the IBM SPSS Version 22 program showed that motivation had a significant positive effect on work commitment, discipline had a significant positive effect on work commitment, and work enthusiasm had a significant negative effect on work commitment.
