Abstract :
ABSTRACT This study aims to examine the effect of education and training (training) on work motivation and employee performance, work motivation on employee performance, mediation of work motivation on the effect of education and employee performance. The population in this study were all employees of the Education and Culture Office of Tegal Regency as many as 77 employees with a sampling technique using a saturated sample. Analysis using partial least squares (PLS) and smartPLS analysis tools. The results of this study, education and training have a significant positive effect on work motivation and employee performance, work motivation has a significant positive effect on employee performance, work motivation mediates the effect of work motivation on employee performance.
