Abstract :
This study aims to examine the effect of psychological well-being on employee performance, affective commitment, the effect of affective commitment on employee performance, mediation of affective commitment on the effect of psychological well-being on employee performance and moderation of job insecurity on the effect of psychological well-being on affective commitment. The population in this study were all PM and PTSM service employees in Tegal Regency, totaling 46 employees. The sampling technique uses a saturated sample or the entire population is used as the sample area so that there are 46 samples. The analysis uses a partial least square (PLS) and the smartPLS analysis tool. The results of psychological well-being research have a significant positive effect on employee performance, affective commitment. Affective commitment has a significant positive effect on employee performance, affective commitment mediates the effect of psychological well-being on employee performance, job insecurity moderates the effect of psychological well-being on affective commitment
