ABSTRACT
This research aims to examine the effects of stress levels, work environment, and job
termination on employee performance. The population in this study consists of employees of
PT JTI Semarang, with a sample size of 78 respondents. Data collection was carried out
using a questionnaire distributed online to the employees of PT JTI Semarang. The data
analysis technique used was multiple linear regression using IBM SPSS 25 software. The
results of this study indicate that stress levels have a positive and significant impact on
employee performance, the work environment has a positive and significant impact on
employee performance, and job termination has a positive and significant impact on employee
performance.
