Abstract :
ABSTRACT Competent human resources will produce maximum performance and contribution to the company. As a public service company, PDAM Kota Magelang certainly needs human resources that produce maximum performance for the company. However, the performance of employees at PDAM Kota Magelang has not been optimal as shown by the fluctuating customer complaints and employee targets not being achieved. This research aims to identify the influence of work stress, workload and work motivation on employee performance at PDAM Magelang City. The population in this study were all employees in PDAM Magelang City. This research method is quantitative with the form of associative research. The sampling technique for this research was random sampling using the Lemeshow formula, so that 150 respondents were obtained. Data collection techniques in this study used a questionnaire with a Likert scale. The data analysis technique used is multiple linear regression analysis. The results of the T test show that partially work stress, workload has a negative and significant effect on employee performance, while work motivation has a positive and significant effect on employee performance. The results of the F test indicate that all independent variables simultaneously influence the dependent variable. The analysis used in this research is IBM SPSS Version 26. PDAM Kota Magelang can consider aspects of work stress, workload and work motivation in improving employee performance. Keywords : Work Stress, Workload, Work Motivation, Employee Performance
