Abstract :
This study aims to examine the effect of transformational leadership and authentic leadership on innovative work behavior, and examine the moderating role of psychological empowerment on the effect of transformational leadership and authentic leadership on innovative work behavior.The population in this study were all employees of the Tegal Regency Population and Civil Registry Office, consisting of 67 employees. The sampling technique uses a saturated sample or the entire population is used as the sample area so that the total sample is 67. The analysis uses a partial least square (PLS) and the smartPLS analysis tool. The findings, transformational leadership and authentic leadership have a significant positive effect on innovative work behavior and psychological empowerment strengthen the influence of transformational leadership and authentic leadership on innovative work behavior.
