Abstract :
The research objectives to be achieved are to find out and examine 1) the effect of training on existing human resources on loyalty 2) the effect of existing compensation on employee loyalty 3) the effect of training on existing human resources on employee commitment 4) the effect of existing compensation on employee commitment 5) the effect of existing employee work commitment on employee loyalty 6) human resource training as a mediating variable that affects employee commitment 7) the effect of compensation on employee loyalty through employee commitment. The population in this study were 210 permanent employees of Harapan Hospital. Methods of data collection using questionnaires, observation and documentation. In this study using quantitative methods and data analysis techniques using PLS which is operated through Smart Partial Least Square (Smart-PLS) 4.0 software. The research results show that training has a significant positive effect on loyalty, compensation has no effect on loyalty, training has no effect on employee commitment, compensation has a significant positive effect on employee commitment, employee commitment has no effect on loyalty, employee commitment does not mediate the effect of training on loyalty, employee commitment does not mediate the effect of compensation on loyalty.
