Abstract :
This research is motivated by the level of work stress and the level of discipline of Bank Jateng KC Purworejo employees who are still not good. This is indicated by the fact that banking employees often experience too much work pressure and work hours that are too long, as well as a lack of respect for time and employees who are still negligent about the regulations that have been stated. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of work stress, work environment, and work discipline on the performance of Bank Jateng KC Purworejo employees. The research method used is a quantitative research method with data collection techniques through questionnaires distributed to 73 respondents using saturated sempling techniques. The data obtained was processed using SPSS for Windows with the method of validity test, reliability test, normality test, multicollinearity test, heteroscedasticity test, multiple linear regression test, t test, coefficient of determination, correlation coefficient and f test. The results of this study indicate that work stress has a positive and significant effect on employee performance, the work environment has a positive and significant effect on employee performance, and work discipline has a positive and significant effect on employee performance.
