Abstract :
Human resources are a basic element of all types of companies including health clinics. One of the problems of human resource management in a clinic is employee loyalty. A unique phenomenon about the loyalty of doctors who work in nurse's clinics, namely doctor Suwapsodo at the Monas Wound Care clinic, became the subject of qualitative research using a case study approach. This study explores and describes the results of the study in the form and background of dr. Suwaspodo is a typical case study finding.
