Abstract :
This research was conducted aiming to see the influence of motivation, communication and discipline on employee performance at PT Applicat Indonesia. The research method used for this study is a quantitative method, with an associative approach, which is asking for the relationship between two or more variables. In this study, associative research is used to identify the extent to which the influence of the independent variable (X) consisting of motivation (X1), communication (X2), and work discipline (X3) has on the dependent variable (Y), namely employee performance, either partially or simultaneously. .. The population in this study are production employees at PT. Applicat Indonesia Semarang, totaling 40 people. The sampling technique used in this study is a saturated sample, namely the entire population of production employees. Data processing uses multiple linear regression techniques with the SPSS 25 application. Based on the results of the t-test, the results of this study indicate that motivation has no significant effect on employee performance, while communication and work discipline have a positive and significant effect on employee performance at PT.
