Abstract :
This study examines the effect of performance measurement systems, work motivation and remuneration on employee performance which were carried out when the company was experiencing the Covid 19 pandemic and its recovery period. The research was conducted at the Thread Ratu Batik Company in the city of Semarang based on a phenomenon that occurred, namely a decrease in working hours during the pandemic. Multiple linear regression models are used to test the research hypothesis. The results of the research show that the performance measurement system, work motivation and remuneration each have a positive influence on employee performance. The implications and limitations of the research are presented from the results of this study
