Abstract :
Abstract This study aims to explain the influence of service quality factors which include tangible services, empathy, reliability, responsiveness, and assurance on student satisfaction. This research is included in the type of quantitative research. The data used is primary data from distributing questionnaires to students as respondents. The study population consisted of 443 students, the sampling technique used was accidental sampling with a sample of 82 students. Data analysis used multiple linear regression analysis with SPSS Version 25. The results showed that tangible, empathy, reliability, responsiveness, and assurance services had a significant effect on student satisfaction at the SPNF Learning Activity Center in Tegal City.
