Abstract :
The reasearch objectives were to analyze the effect of bank image on costumer loyalty, to analyze theeffect of costumer value on costumer loyalty, to analyze the effect of bank image on costumer satisfaction, to analyze the effect of costumer value on costumer satisfaction on costumer loyalty, to analyze the effect of bank image on costumer loyalty trough costumer satisfaction, and analyze the effect of costumer value on costumer loyalty through costumer satisfaction. The population of this study is all costumers at Bank Jateng Kroya (the total population of all registered costumer until the 2023 study period). The sampling technique uses incidental sampling (accidental samples found by researchers). Researches distributed questionaires by conveying them to costumers who made transactions at Bank Jateng Kroya. Determining the number of samples using the Slovin formula with a margin of error of 10% so that a total sample of 100 costumers was found. The result of the study are that there is no effect of bank image on costumer loyalty, there is a significan positive effect of bank image on costumer satisfaction, there is a significant positive effect on costumer value on costumer satisfactions, there is a significant positive effect on costumer satisfaction on costumer loyalty, there is a significant positive effect of bank image on costumer loyalty through costumer satisfaction and there is a significant positive effect of costumer value on costumer loyalty through costumer satisfaction.
