Abstract :
This study aims to obtain empirical evidence about the influence of the marketing expense
ratio, the ratio of cost of goods sold and the ratio of sales growth rates in the mining sector listed
on the Indonesia Stock Exchange in 2018-2021. This type of research is quantitative and the method
used is multiple linear regression analysis with the SPSS 21 program, to obtain an overall picture
of the relationship between one variable and another. This research was conducted at
manufacturing companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange. By using purposive sampling in
accordance with the specified criteria. The amount of data collected is 48 financial report data. The
results showed that the ratio of marketing costs, the ratio of cost of goods sold and the ratio of sales
growth rate had an effect while the female director had no effect on tax evasion
