Abstract :
This research was motivated by the decline in employee performance of PT BISI INTERNATIONAL Tbk. In 2023. This research uses compensation, leadership style and discipline variables as independent variables and employee performance as the dependent variable. The population and sample used PT BISI INTERNATIONAL Tbk employees, totaling 80 people. The research method used is quantitative and uses a multiple linear regression analysis model. This research data processing uses SPSS version 16.00. In accordance with the research results, compensation has no influence on employee performance. Meanwhile, leadership style and discipline variables have a positive effect on employee performance. Keywords: compensation, leadership style, discipline, employee performance
