PENGARUH LINGKUNGAN KERJA FISIK DAN KEADILAN DISTRIBUTIF TERHADAP KINERJA PEGAWAI DENGAN KEPUASAN KERJA SEBAGAI VARIABEL INTERVENING (Studi Kasus Serikat Buruh Di PT. Casuarina Harnessindo Kabupaten Pemalang) Diana Ayu Wicharsari 12190904 Program Studi Manajemen STIE Bank BPD Jateng wicharsaridianaayu@gmail.com Abstract The purpose of this study was to determine the Effect of Physical Work Environment and Distributive Justice on Employee Performance with Employee Job Satisfaction as an Intervening Variable at PT Casuarina Harnessindo Pemalang Regency. The phenomenon of labour union conflicts in general about changes in physical work environment conditions and less attention to distributive justice being a problem because it has an impact on employee performance, employee job satisfaction, and company productivity. With the intervening variables in this study, the dependent variable and the independent variable do not directly affect because of the intermediary where the intervening variable is job satisfaction. This is evidenced by the data from distributing questionnaires online via google forms to employees at PT Casuarina Harnessindo Pemalang Regency in order to get an indication of the level of job satisfaction felt by employees. In this study using quantitative methods, then processed using statistical methods in the application (Structural Equation Modeling) SEM AMOS 24. Researchers used probability sampling techniques, namely simple random samples (Sample Random Sampling). Researchers used primary data with a total of 100 people as respondents who met the criteria such as permanent employees of PT Casuarina Harnessindo Pemalang Regency aged 17 years and over.
