Abstract :
This quantitative research was conducted to determine the effect of financial inclusion and
financial literacy on MSME performance, to determine the effect of financial inclusion and
financial literacy on financial technology, to determine the effect of financial technology on MSME
performance, and to determine the effect of financial inclusion and financial literacy on MSME
performance mediated by financial technology. The sample tool was taken from MSME players in
Kudus Regency. The accidental sampling method was used to collect data, using questionnaires
distributed to 93 business people. Primary data is processed through the SmartPLS 4.0
application. The results showed that financial inclusion has a positive and significant effect on
MSME performance, financial literacy has no positive and significant effect on MSME
performance, financial inclusion has no positive and significant effect on the use of financial
technology, financial literacy has a positive and significant effect on the use of financial
technology, the use of financial technology has a positive and significant effect on MSME
performance, financial inclusion has no positive and significant effect on MSME performance
through the variable use of financial technology, and financial literacy has a positive and
significant effect on MSME performance through the variable use of financial technology.
