Abstract :
The purpose of this study is to determine the effect of Profitability, Liquidity, Capital Structure, and Financial Distress on Company Value in restaurant, hotel, and tourism sub-sector companies listed on the BEI in 2018-2021. The data used in this study is secondary data obtained from company financial reports The population in this study was 32 companies using purposive sampling techniques, 26 samples companys. The analysis method used is multiple linear regression with the help of SPSS 26. The results of this study show that profitability has a positive and significant effect on the value of the company. Liquidity has no effect on the value of the company. Capital Structure has a positive and significant effect on the value of the company. Financial Distress has a positive effect on the value of the company. There are significant differences between Profitability, Liquidity, Capital Structure, and Financial Distress before and during the Covid-19 pandemic, while company values do not differ between before and during the Covid-19 pandemic.
