Abstract :
This research aims to examine the influence of distributive justice, procedural justice, interactional justice on job satisfaction and organizational commitment, the influence of job satisfaction on organizational commitment. The population in this study was 235 investigators from the Central Java Regional Police's Criminal Investigation Department. The sample size was determined to be 148 respondents. Data analysis uses partial least squares (PLS) with the smartPLS analysis tool. The research results of distributive justice, procedural justice, and interactional justice have a significant positive effect on job satisfaction and organizational commitment. Job satisfaction has a significant positive effect on organizational commitment. Job satisfaction mediates the influence of distributive, procedural and interactional justice on organizational commitment.
