Abstract :
This study aims to analyze and examine the role of Using e-HRM in mediating the influence between work competence and work motivation on employee performance. Quantitative research methods were used by collecting questionnaire survey data to 400 respondents of garments company employees in Central Java. Data analysis were carried out using the smartPLS application. The research results found that Work competency has not been proven to have an effect on employee performance. Work motivation has a positive and significant effect on employee performance. Work competency has a positive and significant effect on the use of e-HRM. Work motivation has a positive and significant effect on the use of e-HRM. The use of e-HRM has a positive and significant effect on employee performance. The use of e-HRM does not mediate between work competency and employee performance. The use of e-HRM mediates work motivation on employee performance.
