Abstract :
Profitability is the goal of a company in carrying out its business processes. Several efforts made by the company to increase its profitability include increasing the number of sales and making efficiencies in business processes. In an effort to increase sales of electrical energy, PLN has the performance of maintaining measuring instruments to ensure that there is no damage to the measuring instruments so that the energy sold to customers is in accordance with actual conditions. The problem discussed in this research is the low number of measuring instrument maintenance, namely 58% of the total maintenance target, so it is necessary to research the factors that influence this. This research model analyzes seven hypotheses, namely: first, information technology has a positive effect on HR management, second, information technology has a positive effect on knowledge management, third, HR management has a positive effect on maintenance performance, fourth, knowledge management has a positive effect on maintenance performance, fifth, information technology has a positive effect on maintenance performance, the sixth information technology has a positive effect on maintenance performance through HR management, the seventh information technology has a positive effect on maintenance performance through knowledge management. The object of this research is PLN UID Central Java and DIY. The sampling technique used purposive sampling with a sample of 79 respondents who were team leaders in the Customer Service Unit in the PLN UID Central Java and DIY work areas. The data analysis method uses the Smart PLS application with outer model testing which consists of validity and reliability tests and inner model testing which consists of structural model feasibility tests with F and R2 tests. The research results concluded that five of the seven hypotheses studied were acceptable. The two hypotheses that were rejected were the fifth and sixth hypotheses.
