Abstract :
The increasingly advanced development of the business world requires companies to be able to optimize the level of performance of their employees, one of which is through employee work discipline. The primary objective of this study is to examine the impact of workplace motivation, environmental conditions, supervisory practices, and leadership styles on the discipline of employees. This type of research is quantitative research, data processing is assisted using the SPSS version 25 statistical program. This research was conducted at SMC Telogorejo Hospital Semarang with total sample of 95 respondents. The results of this research show that work motivation, work environment, supervision and leadership have a significant effect on employee work discipline. Overall, the research results show that employee work discipline at SMC RS Telogorejo Semarang is influenced by work motivation, work environment, supervision and leadership by 84.80% while the remaining 15.20% is influenced by other factors not included in this research.
