Abstract :
Human Resources are the main key to a company's success which influences the development of a company in addition to several other factors. Therefore, companies should always maintain and manage human resources well in order to optimize their role in improving employee performance. The success of the company really depends on the behavior of employees who can achieve goals effectively and efficiently. Providing motivation is contained in the theory of hierarchical needs. Companies should treat employees humanely, provide work that increases their honor and dignity, provide necessary facilities, meet expectations, provide motivation, provide opportunities for growth, and ensure health and safety. If employees' needs and expectations are met, their loyalty to the company or organization will increase, and they will be more committed to the company's goals. This will increase work enthusiasm so that you are motivated to work well. Employee needs are a crucial factor in motivating them, considering that each individual has a variety of primary and secondary needs. Employee motivation can be achieved when their needs are met, creating job satisfaction which has a positive impact on performance in the company environment.
