Abstract
Employees are the most influential factor in ensuring the smoothness and success of operational achievements in a company. Employees need motivation from both within and outside the company where they work. One of the factors influencing employee performance is the intrinsic motivation of the employees themselves and the motivation provided by the leaders. The aim of this research is to partially determine the influence of work enthusiasm, teamwork, social support, and work culture on employee motivation.This research was conducted at cv. Dion transport semarang. The population in this study consisted of all employees of cv. Dion transport semarang, totaling 32 employees. The sampling technique used was saturated sampling, where all members of the population were used as samples.The research found that, partially, work enthusiasm, teamwork, social support, and work culture have an influence on work motivation. The combined influence is 96.30%, while the remaining 3.70% is influenced by other factors beyond the scope of this study.
