Abstract :
In the era of globalization, human resources (HR) are very important for company operations, their ideas and innovations really determine the company's results and goals. Organizations or companies must provide training and development to their employees. Therefore, the management functions that must be carried out must be implemented well so that HR operations can be carried out effectively and efficiently. The quality of human resources of an organization or company is determined by the quality of its human resources. Therefore, it is important for companies to improve employee performance through training and HR development programs. This research data was collected using a questionnaire method. In accordance with the results of the t test calculations carried out with the help of the SPSS program above, Training (X1) has a positive and significant effect on the dependent variable Employee Performance (Y). The HR Development variable (X2) has a positive and significant effect on the dependent variable Employee Performance (Y). Keyword : Training, Programs, HR Development, Performance
