Abstract :
The purpose of this research was to determine the effect of psychological ownership and organizational justice on knowledge sharing behavior, as well as the role of organizational support perceptions as moderation between organizational fairness and psychological ownership of knowledge sharing behavior. This research is a quantitative research. The study population was public junior high school teachers in the city of Semarang, consisting of 910 ASN status, 26 non-ASN, 742 PPPK with a total of 1678 people. The sample of this study was 95 people. The sampling technique used is accidental sampling. The data collection technique is by questionnaire. The analytical tool used is structural equation modelling partial least square. The results of this research show that there is a positive influence of organizational justice and psychological ownership on knowledge sharing behavior. Perceptions of organizational support moderate the positive influence on organizational fairness of knowledge-sharing behavior. Perceptions of organizational support had no moderating influence on the relationship between psychological belonging and knowledge-sharing behavior
