Abstract :
This research aims to analyze the influence of organizational culture, quality of human resources, motivation and discipline on performance at the construction company PT. Inti Karya Utama Semarang in Semarang City. The population in this research is administrative employees and field workers at the construction company PT. Inti Karya Utama Semarang in Semarang City. The sample used in this research was 100 employees who met the established criteria. The analysis method in this research uses the SmartPLS4 application which consists of outer model and inner model analysis. The results of this research show that based on data analysis, it can be concluded that organizational culture has a significant effect on employee performance, the quality of human resources has no effect on employee performance, motivation has no effect on employee performance, and discipline has no effect on employee performance.
