Abstract :
Performance is an issue that is still hotly discussed in the HR world. In general, HR has the potential to improve performance. The aim of this research is to determine the influence of competence, work dicipline and work environment on employee performance at PT Haleyora Power Wonosobo. The population in this study were all employees of PT Haleyora Power Wonosobo is 58 respondents. The sampling technique uses a non probability sampling is saturated sample. The analysis tool uses multiple linier regression whose data has been tested for validity and reliability. The research result shows that competence, work dicipline, and work environment have a positive and significant effect on employee performance.
