Abstract :
This observe intends to research the decline in worker overall performance thru leadership and paintings environment. The technique used on this study makes use of quantitative methods. The approach of amassing facts the use of a pattern questionnaire totaling 72 respondents, the sampling manner using unintentional sampling. statistics analysis applied more than one linear regression and hypothesis testing the use of the SPSS 25 test tool. The results of this study can be concluded that management has a negative and vast effect on worker overall performance, and the work environment has a nice and big effect on employee overall performance.
