Abstract :
This research aims to analyze the influence of organizational learning culture on turnover intention mediated by job satisfaction and organizational commitment. The population in this study were 65 employees of the BPJS Employment Ungaran, Cilacap & Pekalongan branch of ices. The sampling technique used in this research was saturated sampling. Data analysis was carried out using the Partial Least Square (PLS) method using SmartPLS software. The research results show that organizational learning culture has a significant ef ect on employee turnover, organizational learning culture has a significant ef ect on employee job satisfaction, organizational learning culture has a significant ef ect on employee organizational commitment, job satisfaction has a significant ef ect on employee turnover intention, organizational commitment has a significant ef ect on employee turnover intention , organizational learning culture has a significant ef ect on employee turnover intention through job satisfaction as mediation, and organizational learning culture has a significant ef ect on employee turnover intention through organizational commitment as mediation.
